Albuquerque, New Mexico-based
nanoMR, a developer of systems used to isolate rare cells in bloodstreams, has been acquired by
DNA Electronics Ltd in a deal worth $24M. nanoMR had been venture backed by Excel Venture Management, Healthcare Ventures, vSpring Capital, The Dow Chemical Company, and Sun Mountain Capital. DNAe is based in London. The companies said the deal will create a copany with over 80 employees, split between the UK and USA.
