inContact Wins Financial Services Firm
Salt Lake City-based cloud contact center software developer inContact reported Wednesday that it has scored a win with an un-named, financial services firm. The company said that the financial services provider is moving more than 200 agents across two contact centers to the company's cloud-based software. inContact replaces an in-premise contact center system that was being used by that customer. Financial impact of the deal was not announced. inContact is led by Paul Jarman.
