GlobalTranz Finds $40M in Funding
Phoenix-based GlobalTranz, which provides transportation management and logistics services, said tihs week that it has raised $40M in a fundin round. The Series C funding came from Providence Equity and Susquehanna Growth Equity. Mark Hastings of Providence Equity joins the company's board as part of the funding. The company said it will use the funding to take the company to $1 billion in annual gross revenue by 2016. GlobalTranz is led by Andrew Leto.
