Verecloud Acquired By Westcon Group
Broomfield, Colorado-based Verecloud, a developer of a platform which helps resellers offer up cloud-based services, has been acquired by new York-based Westcon Group, the companies announced today. Financial detail sof the asset acquisition was not announced. Verecloud was founded in 2006, and was led by CEO John McCawley, who becomes head of Westcon Group's Cloud Solutions Practice.
