MWI Veterinary Supply, a distributor of animal health products, said yesterday that it has acquired a developer of practice management software for the veterinary market. According to MWI Veterinary Supply, it has acquired
Vetspace, based in the United Kingdom, which develops both traditional and cloud-based, practice management software for veterinarians. Financial details of the deal were not announced. MWI Veterinary said that Vetspace has over 1,000 installations in the UK market, and has approximately $7M in annual revenues.
