AFS Technologies Buys European Software Maker
Phoenix-based AFS Technologies, a developer of business software for the consumer packaged good, food and beverage, financial, and other markets, said today that it has acquired European software maker Visicom. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. AFS Technologies said the acquisition helps establish a European operating center in Bratislava, Slovakia, and helps strengthen its global position.
