Boulder-based Zayo Group is in a major expansion overseas today, saying that it has acquired a French company, Neo Telecoms. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Zayo said it would purchase Neo Telecoms with its cash on hand. The expansion adds 350 metro route miles in Paris, and more than 500 buildlings to its network, the company said; the deal also includes 9 colocation centers in the country. Zayo said Neos has more than 600 customers in the technology, media, telecom, and finance sectors.
