Oildex Lands Funding From Accel-KKR

Oildex
said this morning that it has scored a majority equity investment from private equity investor Accel-KKR. Details on the funding were not announced by the cmpany. Oildex--whose parent firm is Transzap--said it adds Joe Porten, Vice President at Accel-KKR, to its board of directors. Oildex devleps cloud-based software used by oil and gas companies for information management.
