Avnet Buys Rest Of MSC Investoren GmbH
Phoenix-based electronics distributor Avnet announced this morning that it has acquired the remaining interest in German electronics distributor MSC Investoren GmbH. Avnet had already acquired a majority interest in MSC Investoren GmbH in October. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Avnet said that MSC Investoren GmbH had 2012 revenues of over $450M.
