Sorenson Capital, Peterson Partners Back Mindshare
Salt Lake City-based investment firms Sorenson Capital and Peterson Partners announced this morning that they have provided financing to Mindshare Technologies, to help that firm acquire Empathica, a provider of customer experience management software. Size of the funding deal was not announced. Sorenson Capital was an existing investor in Mindshare, and had originally invested $20M in Mindshare back in 2011; the amount of additional capital was not announced. Peterson Partners is a new investor in Mindshare. Mindshare acquired Empathica last week. Mindshare offers up customer feedback management, used to gather feedback from customers.
