Mindshare President Retires

, which develops enterprise customer feedback software, said today that President Richard D. Hanks will retire on March 31st. Hanks will remain as Chairman of the firm's board. Mindshare co-founder John Sperry continues to serve as CEO. The firm said that Hanks will continue to be involved in strategic planning, business development, and as a senior advisor to the firm. Mindshare also revealed that the firm is now seeing annualized sales of around $20 million a year. The firm has been shuffling its executive structure since taking a $20M investment from Sorenson Capital last October.
