Mindshare President Retires
Salt Lake City-based Mindshare Technologies, which develops enterprise customer feedback software, said today that President Richard D. Hanks will retire on March 31st. Hanks will remain as Chairman of the firm's board. Mindshare co-founder John Sperry continues to serve as CEO. The firm said that Hanks will continue to be involved in strategic planning, business development, and as a senior advisor to the firm. Mindshare also revealed that the firm is now seeing annualized sales of around $20 million a year. The firm has been shuffling its executive structure since taking a $20M investment from Sorenson Capital last October.
