Rally Software Prices IPO At $14 Per Share, Above Estimates
Boulder-based Rally Software, the developer of Agile software development tools, has priced its IPO, offering up six million shares of its common stock at $14.00 per share. Rally is set to debut on the New York Stock Exchange as RALY. Rally had originally estimated that its IPO would price between $11.00 and $13.00 per share, and had planned to offer up 5.75M shares of its stock.
Rally had filed for its IPO in March. The IPO is a big win for backers Boulder Ventures, Mobius Technology Ventures, Mohr Davidow Ventures, Greylock Partners, and Vista Ventures.
