Rally Software Acquisition By CA, Worth $480M, Closes
Boulder-based Rally Software is now officially aprt of CA Technologies, CA said this morning, after the close of CA's $480M acquisition of the firm. The deal--originally announce in May--had CA paying $19.50 per share for Rally. Tim Miller, Chairm and CEO of Rally Softare, has become a General Manager at CA. Rally Software was a developer of Agile software development tools. Rally had its IPO in April of 2013.
