Vivint reported this morning that it has named Chris Gera as its new Vice President of Field Service. Gera was previously at measurement firm Nielsen, having been there for 27 years, in positions that include vice president of field operations, vice president of information and support services, and global strategic program leader. Vivint said that Gera will manage its field service professionals, software and infrastructure, and more. Vivint was acquired in September by private equity firm Blackstone, and since then has been reshaping its executive team.
