First To File, a developer of electronic document management systems used for the intellectual property (IP) industry--and which has its operations in Boise, Idaho--has been acquired by
CPA Global, CPA Global said Wednesday. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. CPA Global, which is based in Jersey, Channel Islands, develops intellectual property management software. First To File's operations are in Boise, with headquarters in Silicon Valley. The firms did not say how the acquisition will affect First To File's Boise employees.
