Denver-based managed hosting and cloud services firm Hosting.com is not longer Hosting.com--it's now HOSTING, the firm said today. The cloud hosting and managed services firm said the new name comes along with a new logo and new branding. According to the company, the name change comes due to a "greatly expanded" selection of service offerings and expertise available from the company. Hosting said it is focused on midsized enterprises running their mission critical applications in the cloud. Hosting.com's move follows a trend by companies to distance themselves from their "dot com" era origins.
