Hosting.com, a provider of managed hosting and cloud hosting services, said today that it has acquired fellow managed hosting firm
Neospire. Financial terms of the deal were not announced. Hosting.com said the acquisition will expands its physical footprint and add expertise to the firm. Neospire is based in Dallas, Texas. Hosting.com, which is backed by private equity firm Pamlico Capital, said that it was advised by Alston and Bird LLP, Ernst and Young LLP, W. David Snead, EKS&H, and Moreton & Company in the transaction. Neospire was advised by DH Capital and Patton Boggs LLP.
