Infusionsoft, which develops sales and marketing software for small businesses, announced today that it has raised $54M in a growth capital financing round from Goldman Sachs. According to Infusionsoft, the funding will go towards ramping up product development, accelerating marketing and sales, and to grow its partner and education programs. The firm said it now has over 12,000 small business customers in 70 countries. The funding first came to light via a regulatory filing last week. Arthur Ventures also participated in the funding, and the company's other investors are Mohr Davidow Ventures and Signal Peak Ventures. The company said it has now raised $71M in funding.
