Avnet Buys Genilogix
Phoenix-based Avnet said this morning that it has acquired Genilogix, a provider of IT application lifecycle management products and services. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Avnet said that GEnilogix had revenue of approximately $23M in the 2011 calendar year. Genilogix becomes part of Avnet Technology Solutions. GeniLogix was founded in 2001, and focused on helping customers with HP's IT Performance Suite.
