iTS Solutions Acquired by RPI Consultants
Phoenix-based IT consulting firm iTS Solutions has been acquired by Baltimore based ERP consulting firm RPI Consultants. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. The two said the acquisition was completed in July. The firms said that iTS Solutions becomes the West Coast office for RPI Consultants.
