ZocDoc, a startup which helps connect patients with doctors, and allows them to book appointments online, has set up a major new office in Phoenix, the firm
said Thursday, to boost its sales and operations staff. The New York company--which is backed by such investors as Bezos Expeditions, DST Global, Founders Fund, Goldman Sachs, Khosla Ventures and Marc Benioff--said it selected Phoenix to help move the firm to 24/7 operations, and because it is easily reachable from its headquarters in New York.
