Colorado Springs-based Ramtron, the developer of random access memory products, said this morning that it has inked a deal with Japanese company ROHM Co. Ltd., to manufacture its products. Finances behind the deal were not announced. Ramtron said that ROHM will manufacture its F-RAM-based semiconductor products on its manufacturing line, on a long-term agreement. The two said they expect to begin selling devices produced on the ROHM line within 60 days; the two have been working together on manufacturing processes since 1994.
