Ancestry.com is reportedly seeking a buyer, after hiring an investment banker to potentially sell the company or find other strategic alternatives.
According to Bloomberg, the firm has hired Qatalyst Partners, an investment banking firm, to explore strategic alternatives for the company. Bloomberg cited a "person with knowledge of the situation."
