Foundry Backs Data Hero
Boulder-based venture capital investor Foundry Group said today that it has led a round in Data Hero, a new startup developing data analytics and visualization software. Data Hero raised $1M in the round, which also included Neu Venture Capital, Dave Kellogg (mark Logic), and Mike Greenfield and Jonathan Goldman (both of LinkedIn). Datahero was founded by Chris Neumann and Jeff Zabel. Foundry said it connected with Datahero's founder via Gnip CEO Jud Valeski.
