Rivet Software, which develops XBRL software used by companies to submit their financial reports to the SEC, has set a new Chief Operating Officer, the company said this morning. Rivet said it has appointed Jennie Hoff as COO, to oversee the daily operations at the company. Hoff was previously President of the Compliance Technology Division of American Innovations, and also had served at Troux Technologies, QuickArrow, and Topax Technologies. Rivet's software is used by public companies to file the XBRL information required for financial reporting and analysis.
