PowerOneData Gets International Investment
Mesa, Arizona-based PowerOneData International, a developer of hardware and software used for utility metering infrastructure, reported Thursday that it has scored an investment to build a manufacturing facility in India. Size of the investment was not disclosed. The firm said the investment comes via a joint venture with an un-named, Delphi-based investment group. PowerOneData said the new factory will build smart meters for the utility industry.
