Level 3 Targets Gaming Companies
Broomfield, Colorado-based Level 3 Communications, the provider of telecommunications and bandwidth services, said today that it has rolled out a new set of products specifically aimed at online gaming companies. the firm said its Bandwidth Optimizer includes both its high speed IP transit network and content delivery network (CDN) services, and is aimed to help address issues with game launches and patches. Cost of the new service was not announced.
