Albuquerque, New Mexico-based
Skorpios Technologies, a developer of optical communications products based on composite silicon technology, said last week that it has raised $19M in a Series B funding round. The round came from Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Cottonwood Technology Fund, and Sun Mountain Capital, amon gothers. Skorpios said the funding will go towards infrastructure and commercialization of its technology. The firm is led by Stephen Krasulick.
