Market Force Acquires European Firm
Boulder-based Market Force Information, the developer of business and market intelligence software and services headed by Karl Maier, said this morning that it has acquired a UK-based customer experience and mystery shopping provider, Retail Eyes. Financial terms of the acquisition were not announced. Market Force said that Retail Eyes is the fifth acquisition for the company. Retail Eyes will become Mark Force's European headquarters, serving the UK and Europe.
