Market Force Information Acquires Speedmark
Boulder, Colorado-based Market Force Information said Tuesday that it has acquired Speedmark Information Services, a provider of mystery shopping services. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Houston, Texas-based Speedmark provides marketing information services to the retail, restaurant, financial services and consumer product industries. Market Force said it will integrate Speedmark's current products into its information services. Market Force Information is venture backed with funding from Boulder Ventures, Centennial Ventures, and Vista Ventures.
