Docufide Becomes Parchment
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Docufide, the provider of services that transmit high school transcripts to colleges and universities, said this morning it has changed its corporate name to Parchment Inc.. The firm recently relocated its headquarters to Scottsdale, after receiving $4.5M in a funding round and hiring Matthew Pittinsky, the founder of Blackboard, as its new CEO.
