TeleTech Wins Energy Service Retailer
Englewood, Colorado-based TeleTech Holdings reported this morning that it has been chosen by what it says is one of North America's largest energy services retailers, to provide a cloud-based technology and e-learning solution to the firm. Financial terms of the win were not disclosed, and TeleTech did not disclose the name of the customer. TeleTech said the multi-year agreement includes provoding employee and management training systems. The firm provides its products to contact and call centers.
