TeleTech Buys rogenSi
Denver-based TeleTech Holdings, the provider of business process outsourcing services for the telecom and other industries, said this morning that it has completed the acquisition of rogenSi, a sales, leadership, and change management consulting firm. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Teletech said that rogenSi was founded in 1968, and has hubs in New York, London, Hong Kong and Sydney. TeleTech said that it will use the buy to bolster its Customer Strategy Services business.
