BlipSnips Debuts Mobile Video Tagging Software
Boulder-based BlipSnips, a startup spawned out of the TechStars mentoring program, has launched its Facebook application today, and added a former Facebook exec as an advisor. BlipSnips said its app allows users to create videos on their iPhone, share those videos with friends, as well as tag users and upload them to Facebook. The firm also said it has added Chris Kelly, former Chief Privacy officer at Facebook, as an investor and advisor to the firm's board of directors. BlipSnips is headed by John Bliss. BlipSnips said its application is available on Apple's App store, and is free.
