Denver-based Photobucket, which provides photo hosting and storage, said earlier this week that it has added new photo tagging features. According to Photobucket, the new tagging feature allows users to tag photos, which are then linked to other similar photos on Photobucket's site. The firm also said that the tagging can be used to tag photos embedded on other web sites. Photobucket said it has also added a number of other enhancements for its web site, including enhanced titles and descriptions; support for high-resolution photos; and new themes from Flektor. Photobucket is headquartered in Denver, and is owned by Fox Interactive Media.
