First Solar Shuffles Execs
Tempe, Arizona-based First Solar, the maker of thin film photovoltaic panels and systems, reported today that it has named Mike Ahearn as Chairman of the board. Ahearn was formerly Executive Chairman. In addition, the firm said it has named James Zhu, current Chief Accounting Officer, as interim Chief Financial Officer, replacing Jens Meyerhoff. Meyerhoff has become President of First Solar's Utility Systems business.
