Zayo Revenues Rise In Q1
Louisville, Colorado-based Zayo Group, the bandwidth provider headed by Dan Caruso, has revealed its quarterly results, saying today that it had revenues of $68.6M in its first quarter, representing 47 percent in annualized sequential quarter growth. Zayo said the growth was driven by its acquisition of AGL Networks in July, plus positive net installations during the quarter. The firm said it now has around $274.3 million in annual revenues. The firm's revenues were up significantly from the same quarter last year, when the firm had $45.5M in revenues. Zayo Group is privately held, but in an unusual move has been fully announcing the firm's financials and holding regular quarterly conference calls.
