Liquid Compass, a provider of streaming media delivery services, said today that it has launched a new division focused on radio broadcasters. According to the firm, it will help develop and deploy apps which help terrestrial broadcasters connect with their audiences. The firm said it has released an app, LC ProM, which includes social networking, "now playing", station branding, custom skins, and other features.
