Sparton Corporation, a supplier of electronics and electro-mechanical subassemblies to the medical, defense, security, and aerospace market, said today that it has completed its acquisition of
Sparton Medical Systems, which was based in Denver. The deal was worth approximately $8.0M. According to Sparton, the buy of Delphi Medical Systems is expected to add $32M in projected annual revenue to the firm. Delphi Medical supplies blood separation equipment, spinal surgery products and 3-D eye mapping devices for OEM customers.
