, a manufacturer of medical devices for the OEM and emerging technology market, has been acquired for $4.35M by
Sparton Corporation
. Sparton said its wholly owned subsidiary, Sparton BP Medical Denver will acquire certain assets and assume certain liabilities of Byers Peak in an all-cash deal. The firm said it expects the buy to add $10M in annual revenues to the company.
