RightNow Snags BestBuy.com VP For Exec
Bozeman, Montana-based RightNow announced this week that it has snagged a former Vice President at BestBuy.com as its new Vice President, Web Solutions. According to RightNow, it has named Brian Curran to the position, joining from BestBuy.com where he worked on web site and contact center strategy. The firm said Curran has 20 years of experience in operating call centers, web sites and stores in the retail, consumer electronics and telecommunications markets. RightNow is a provider of software-as-a-service, customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
