Twin Falls, Idaho has been selected as the location of a new contact center for Florida-based outsourcing firm C3. According to C3, the new center is expected to bring between 600 and 1200 new jobs to the region. C3 provides call center outsourcing to firms in the health care industry. C3 said it has opened up a new center with approximately 48,000 square feet, which will initially employ 600 in positions ranging from customer service representatives, licensed insurance agents, and management positions. The firm selected Twin Falls due to the "quality of the workforce" in the community.
