Denver-based colocation and managed IT services firm Viawest said this morning that it has completed its acquisition by private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners. Financial terms of the deal have not been announced. Viawest had said in April that it was being acquired by Oak Hill Capital Partners and GI Partners, in conjunction with the firm's management team. ViaWest said the deal was financed by senior debt from the Royal Bank of Canada, mezzanine financing from Barclays Structured Principal Investing Fund L.P. and Solar Capital Ltd. ViaWest operates data centers in five states, providing colocation and managed services to mid-size and enterprise businesses.
