Lijit Raises $1M More
Boulder-based Lijit Networks, a developer of web search tools and online advertising products for web publishers, has raised $1.0M in what looks like a convertible debt round for the firm, according to a regulatory filing filed Wednesday. Details on the funding have not been released by the company. Lijit has previously raised funding from Boulder Ventures, Foundry Group, and High Country Venture.
