SmallFoot Acquired By EnerNoc
Boulder, Colorado-based SmallFoot, a developer of wireless control products for the commercial energy market, has been acquired by EnerNOC, a developer of energy management products. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. According to EnerNOC, SmallFoot's technology is used to automatically shift energy loads to off-peak times, using IEEE 802.15.4 and Zigbee. SmallFoot's products are used for small commercial sites.
