Alpha Bay Drives Into AutoZone
Salt Lake City-based Alpha Bay, a developer of ecommerce, POS, and other retail software, said Tuesday that it has signed a deal to provide retailer AutoZone with its AIRS Enterprise product. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Alpha Bay said the win is part of an AutoZone effort to modernize its retail computing environment. The firm said that AutoZone will retire a legacy store software application and instead deploy its software to Autozne's 4200+ stores.
