UQM Technologies reports this morning that one of the customers using its electric propulsion systems, has scored a General services Agency (GSA) contract. The GSA contract makes it easier for U.S. government agencies to purchase products. According to UQM, truck manufacturer ZeroTruck, which uses the firms' propulsion systems, has scored a GSA contract through Central Truck Center of Landover, Maryland. The auto--based on an Isuzu N series chassis--is also sold through a number of Isuzu dealerships in California, Colorado, North Carolina, and New York.
