THQ, was hit by layoffs today, according to THQ. THQ said it has reduced headcount of staff at Rainbow Studios and another studio, Juice Games, by 60 people, as part of a reorganization of those two studios. Exact number of cuts in Phoenix was not disclosed. THQ said it is refocusing both of those studios on digitally distributed games, and away from those studios' existing titles.
