IQNavigator Names New Board
Denver-based IQNavigator, a developer of services spend management software, announced today that it has named its 2010 board of directors. According to the firm, Marn Anderson of private equity firm GTCR, CEO Lou Andreozzi, Philip A. Canfield of GTCR, Dr. David A. Lubin of The Palladium Group, former ArcSight CEO Robert Shaw, and Solera's Stuart J. Yarbrough are now on its board of directors. GTCR acquired IQNavigator in June of 2008.
