Salt Lake City-based Parvus Corporation, a designer of ruggedized computer systems for the military, has scored a $3.2M contract from fellow Salt Lake firm L-3 Communications. According to Parvus, the contract covers the supply of additional rugged electronics subsystems for L-3's Rover data link system, which is being used by U.S. and NATO military forces in unmanned and manned aircraft. Parvus has been a supplier to L-3 since 2005. Parvus said the contract covers hardware to be delivered in Q1 of 2010.
